Our Returns Promise

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items, provided they are:

  • In original, unused condition
  • With all tags and packaging intact
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Please note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened wet food or used litter products. These items are final sale unless defective upon arrival.

Simple Returns Process

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization

Within 2 business days, we’ll email you:

  • Return merchandise authorization (RMA) number
  • Prepaid return shipping label (for defective items)
  • Instructions for repackaging

Note: For non-defective returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Package items securely in original packaging and include the RMA number visibly on the exterior. Ship to:

Step 4: Receive Resolution

Upon receipt and inspection (typically 3-5 business days after arrival):

  • Refunds: Processed within 5 business days to your original payment method
  • Exchanges: Shipped via your preferred method (additional shipping charges may apply)

Exchange Policy

For exchanges of equal or greater value:

  • Standard shipping rates apply

Damaged or Defective Items

Should any luxury item arrive damaged or defective:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Include photos of the damage/defect
  • We’ll arrange free return shipping and immediate replacement
