- Additional time for custom or personalized items

We offer two premium shipping options to suit your needs:
Standard Shipping – £12.95
- Carrier: DHL or FedEx
- Delivery time: 10-15 business days after dispatch
- Includes tracking and insurance
Free Shipping (Orders over £50)
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery time: 15-25 business days after dispatch
- Includes basic tracking
Please note: We currently ship worldwide, with exceptions for some Asian countries and remote locations. Delivery times may vary based on destination and customs processing.
Our Returns Promise
Should any of our premium products fail to meet your (or your cat’s) exacting standards, we offer a straightforward returns process worthy of our luxury service.
Eligibility
We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items, provided they are:
- In original, unused condition
- With all tags and packaging intact
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Opened wet food
- Used litter products
These items are final sale unless defective upon arrival.

Within 2 business days, we’ll email you:
- Return merchandise authorization (RMA) number
- Prepaid return shipping label (for defective items only)
- Instructions for repackaging
Note: For non-defective returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Step 3: Ship Your Return
Package items securely in original packaging and include the RMA number visibly on the exterior. Ship to:

Step 4: Receive Resolution
Upon receipt and inspection (typically 3-5 business days after arrival):
- Refunds: Processed within 5 business days to your original payment method
- Exchanges: Shipped via your preferred method (additional shipping charges may apply)

- Full item cost (excluding original shipping fees)
- Taxes where applicable
Refund Processing Times
- Visa/MasterCard/JCB: 3-10 business days
- PayPal: 3-5 business days
Exchange Policy
- For exchanges of equal or greater value:
- No additional processing fees
- Standard shipping rates apply
- Free shipping threshold (£50+) still applies to new items
- For exchanges of lesser value, we’ll refund the difference after processing
Damaged or Defective Items
Should any luxury item arrive damaged or defective:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Include photos of the damage/defect
- We’ll arrange free return shipping and immediate replacement
