• Standard Shipping: £12.95 via DHL or FedEx (10-15 business days after dispatch)
• Free Shipping: For orders over £50 via EMS (15-25 business days after dispatch)

5.2 Delivery Areas

We ship worldwide with exceptions for some Asian countries and remote locations. Delivery times may vary based on destination and customs processing.

6. Returns and Refunds

6.1 Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items, provided they are:

• In original, unused condition
• With all tags and packaging intact
• Accompanied by proof of purchase

6.2 Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

• Opened wet food
• Used litter products

These items are final sale unless defective upon arrival.

2. Receive return authorization (RMA number)
3. Ship items securely in original packaging to our returns address

6.4 Refunds

• Refund processing times vary by payment method (3-10 business days for cards, 3-5 for PayPal)
